This was almost lunch:
Latke, egg and hollandaise,
Mine with pastrami

Egg soft in middle
But firm whites on the outside
Buttery goodness drowns

Crisp potato bed
Pastrami and eggs on top
Hollandaise smothered

And eat this daily!
