1. Kettle corn<\/p>\n

2. Angry Birds<\/a><\/p>\n

3. YouTube<\/a> videos of puppies<\/p>\n

4. Words with Friends<\/a>, especially when the friends perpetually beat you by only a few points.<\/p>\n

5. Good pie, particularly rhubarb just picked from the garden, berries just plucked from the bushes, or apples I just plundered from the tree out front.<\/p>\n

6. The way the beast with four legs looks at me when she’s briefly awakened from a dead sleep. Also the way her feet twitch when she’s dreaming, and if I’m not trying to sleep, the way she sounds when she snores.<\/p>\n

7. Miles Davis, Kind of Blue<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

8. Ridiculous websites that include, but are not limited to, Awkward Family Photos<\/a>, Cake Wrecks<\/a>, and the animal related posts of Hyperbole and a Half<\/a>.<\/p>\n

9. A good cup of tea, made with high quality leaves and in the English or Irish manner. My preference is Barry’s<\/a> Gold Label, from Ireland.<\/p>\n
